Account deletion
Delete your FitDuo account
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.
In the app or on the web
- Sign in to FitDuo.
- Open Settings → Data.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
- If you own clubs, choose for each one: hand it to one of its admins, or delete it.
Can't sign in?
Write to us from the e-mail address of your account and we will delete it for you after confirming it is yours.

- Your profile, photos, contacts and sign-in methods. They disappear for everyone immediately and are physically erased within 30 days.
- Your messages and the files you sent.
- Analytics data tied to your account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Past sessions stay in place: your name and photo are gone and your part in them shows as an anonymous “deleted user”.
- Moderation records about the account (account id and reason), without your profile data — up to 1 year.
- Records of the consents you gave (type, version, date) — up to 3 years.
- Backups that may still hold your data are deleted by pruning within 30 days.
